The Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Fraud & Payments Agent to join our team. As a Junior Fraud & Payments Agent, you will have the opportunity to work with financial data, analyse trends, and provide insights to help the organization make better risk decisions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for conducting various fraud, risk, KYC, and due diligence checks on customers.
- Identifying fraud trends and player behaviours across groups of accounts raised in customer risk processes.
- Identify, document, and communicate detected fraud trends, suspicious transaction characteristics and patterns.
- Monitor accounts and transactions regularly to identify any fraudulent activities.
- Identification, verification, and validation of documents.
- Ensuring the accuracy of the information registered on the customers’ accounts.
- Providing support to the other teams for their queries related to the department’s tasks.
- Handle day-to-day financial payments with precision.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
- Ensure bank statements are accurately reconciled.
- Monitor bank deposits and payments.
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Superior analytical and communication skills.
- Advanced English skills (in writing and verbally).
- Advanced computer literacy skills.
- A result-oriented attitude and a high sense of responsibility.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 1 year work experience.
- Preferably, the candidate must have gambling experience, but it is not a mandatory requirement.
– Contract period: indefinite, Trial period of 90 calendar days
– Type of job: hybrid (3 WFO, 2 WFH)
– Working schedule:
Day Shift: 7:00/12:00 AM – 3:00/8:00 PM (Flexible start time between 7:00 AM and 12:00 PM)
Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
