The Role:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Casino Manager to lead the operational lifecycle of casino game content across multiple jurisdictions and casino verticals. This pivotal role manages game integrations, regulatory coordination, roadmap execution, and team performance, serving as the key link between internal stakeholders and external providers. You will lead a cross-functional team and play a strategic role in content delivery, compliance, and commercial alignment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Own the commercial performance of the casino vertical across Italy, focusing on NGR, retention, and player activity.
- Build and execute local promotional calendars using bonus features including free spins, cashback, and tournaments.
- Manage game content using the platform back office, add new titles, edit game attributes, and curate localised lobbies.
- Collaborate with game providers and central teams to coordinate timely game launches and monitor performance.
- Ensure platform compliance with local regulations, including RTP, bonus restrictions, and jurisdiction-specific content filtering.
- Negotiate providers a fees and obtain discounts (fs etc)
- Partner with VIP and CRM teams to define high-value customer journeys and segment-specific activation campaigns.
- Work closely with BI and analytics to track KPIs, campaign ROI, game performance, and bonus cost efficiency.
- Liaise with the platform provider support for content, bonus, or jackpot-related technical resolutions.
Person Specifications:
- Proven experience in online gaming operations, game content management, or casino integrations with knowledge of Italian Market.
- Must be native Italian speaker.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (UKGC, HGC, etc.).
- Must have team handling experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Keen understanding of marketing tactics and player behaviours & preferences across different segments, products and markets
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organised with strong project management and documentation skills.
- Existing relationships with Game providers will be a benefit
