Duties and Responsibilities:
KYC Data Reconciliation
- Perform regular reconciliation of KYC data between internal systems and third-party verification providers.
- Identify discrepancies in verification status, decision outcomes, or player records.
- Investigate and document data mismatches and escalate findings to the KYC Senior Analyst.
- Maintain reconciliation reports and support ongoing data quality monitoring.
- Cross-check vendor reports with internal data to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Validate provider performance metrics and flag inconsistencies.
Operational Monitoring
- Perform daily monitoring of KYC operational metrics including:
- Approval rates
- Pending verification queues
- Provider response times
- Monitor unusual spikes in verification failures or rejection rates.
- Identify sudden drops or anomalies in approval rates or processing behaviour.
- Flag abnormal trends and potential operational risks to the KYC Senior Analyst.
- Alert the Senior Analyst when predefined operational thresholds are exceeded.
Jira Issue Tracking
- Raise and document Jira tickets related to KYC system issues, reconciliation discrepancies, or operational incidents. Provide detailed descriptions, screenshots, logs, and replication steps when reporting issues.
- Monitor ticket progress and follow up with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Support documentation of recurring issues to assist in long-term process improvements.
Escalation Handling
- Manage KYC-related escalations raised by internal departments (Customer Support, Fraud, Payments, Compliance).
- Investigate the root cause of escalated cases and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for resolution.
- Ensure escalations are documented and resolved within defined service expectations.
Deployment & Post-Release Monitoring
- Assist in performing operational sanity checks after deployments involving KYC providers or verification workflows.
- Monitor verification results for 2 weeks after deployment to detect potential issues.
- Track whether:
- approval or pass rates change unexpectedly
- rejection reasons shift significantly
- new error patterns appear
- Report anomalies or operational risks immediately to the KYC Senior Analyst and relevant technical teams.
KYC Incident Tracking
- Maintain a central log of KYC operational incidents and system disruptions.
- Track incidents such as:
- Provider outages
- Verification delays
- Integration failures
- Incorrect rule deployments
- Record and maintain information on:
- Incident timeline
- Operational impact
- Resolution status
- Support the development of a historical knowledge base of KYC issues to improve future troubleshooting and monitoring.
What You’ll Bring:
Technical Skills
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

- Experience with Jira or ticket management systems
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and operational data
- Experience with automated KYC tools
- Basic understanding of system integrations and data flows
