The Role:

NetBet is looking for a Sponsorship & Influencer Activation Specialist to work with the Brand Manager and ensure that our brand partnerships, sponsorships, and influencer collaborations are fully leveraged across all marketing channels. This individual will be responsible for activating sponsorship deals, managing influencer and streamer relationships, and working across internal teams (CRM, design, content, social media, acquisition) to maximize visibility and engagement. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of sports sponsorships, digital marketing, and influencer activation.

Key Responsibilities:

Sponsorship & Partnership Activation

  • Develop and execute a sponsorship and influencer activation strategy aligned with NetBet’s brand goals.
  • Ensure all sponsorship assets (branding, media rights, digital promotions, offline activations) are fully utilized.
  • Negotiate alongside the CEO, and Brand Manager, contract elements with partners to secure the best possible value for NetBet.
  • Act as point of contact for sponsored teams, leagues, and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all branding and sponsorship guidelines, maintaining brand integrity across partnerships.

Influencer & Streamer Management

  • Identify, recruit, and manage streamers, influencers, and brand ambassadors that align with NetBet’s brand.
  • Build long-term relationships with influencers, ensuring engagement and authenticity in collaborations.
  • Work closely with content and social media teams to integrate influencer activations into marketing campaigns.
  • Track the performance of influencer campaigns, using engagement metrics to optimize future collaborations.

Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Work with CRM, design, acquisition, and social media teams to integrate sponsorship and influencer marketing into broader campaigns.
  • Ensure that influencer and sponsorship content is aligned with performance marketing objectives.
  • Coordinate creative assets and branding to ensure consistency across activations.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Define and track KPIs for sponsorship and influencer campaigns, such as brand awareness, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
  • Provide detailed reports on sponsorship and influencer performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging influencer marketing strategies.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong project management and ability to handle multiple partnerships simultaneously.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of sponsorship activation, influencer marketing, and digital branding.
  • Familiarity with the gambling, sports, and entertainment industries.
  • Ability to analyse campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Understanding of Twitch, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other influencer platforms.
  • Experience working with performance-based influencer marketing models.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Sports Management, or Digital Media is a plus.
  • Experience in sponsorship activation, influencer marketing, or brand partnerships within the gambling, sports, or entertainment industry.
  • Experience in negotiating sponsorship and influencer deals.
  • Familiarity with gambling advertising regulations and compliance requirements.

  • Effective activation of all sponsorships, ensuring maximum exposure and ROI.
  • Successful influencer campaigns that drive engagement, awareness, and conversions.
  • Full utilization of sponsorship and influencer assets across digital and offline channels.
  • Seamless integration of sponsorships and influencer marketing into NetBet’s overall marketing strategy.
  • Comprehensive reporting on sponsorship and influencer performance.
