Job Overview:

Due to the growing demand for our services, we are currently looking for a “Greek Customer Service Advisor ” to join our Customer Service team for NetBet.gr brand, which takes care of the multiple client interactions on a full-time permanent basis.

Person specifications :

  • Be a fluent Greek speaker at native level
  • Good command of the English language
  • Have a previous experience working as a customer service executive or be willing to learn
  • Have a good understanding of customer service in an online business by using multiple communication channels
  • Be a good communicator and problem solver
  • Be computer savvy and multitasker
  • Have an ability to understand customer needs and provide high Quality of Service
  • Must be able to work on a shift basis: our hours of operation are Monday to Sunday, from 7am to 1am
