The Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter and HR assistant to join and assist our HR department. The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various roles across the organisation. In addition to recruitment responsibilities, the role will also involve supporting managers with foreign hires and assisting the HR Administrator with ad-hoc HR tasks as required.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

    • Manage the recruitment cycle for a range of roles across the business, including, sourcing candidates

    • Work closely with managers and CFO to understand staffing needs and ensure recruitment strategies align with company goals

    • Use various channels to source candidates, including job boards, social media, headhunting, and recruitment agencies

    • Maintain an active and diverse candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs

    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely and professional communication

    • Support employer branding efforts by collaborating with the Brand Manager and promoting the company on LinkedIn and other platforms

  • Foreign Hire Support:

    • Assist with the onboarding process for international hires

    • Assist managers with the monitoring of hours and ensuring timely remuneration

  • Reporting and Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities

    • Prepare and submit recruitment reports to management as required

    • Ensure all recruitment processes comply with company policies and employment law

  • HR Support:

    • Support the HR with ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives as needed

 

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience in a recruitment role, ideally within the iGaming industry

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders

  • Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and job boards, as well as social media platforms for sourcing candidates

  • A team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with HR and other departments

  • A solid understanding of employment laws and best practices, particularly in relation to foreign hires and visas

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

  • Desirable Skills:

    • Knowledge of Shireburn Indigo and other HR tools would be advantageous

    • Fluency in additional languages would be an advantage, particularly for foreign hires
