About the Role

The Senior Casino/Sportsbook CRM Executive leads on strategic campaign planning and advanced segmentation to maximize customer lifetime value. In addition to managing the execution of CRM activities, this role plays a key part in shaping the player engagement strategy, using data-driven insights to define goals, optimize performance, and support broader marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push, onsite messaging), with a focus on personalization and customer journey design for casino/sportsbook players.
  • Ensure campaigns are accurate, timely, and aligned with marketing calendars, promotions, and product launches.
  • Develop and refine segmentation strategies to improve targeting and campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sportsbook and Product Manager’s to ensure there is a cohesive understanding of the roadmap and it’s successful implementation.
  • Work closely with design and content teams to brief and QA campaign assets.
  • Contribute to defining CRM KPIs and long-term engagement goals in collaboration with the CRM Manager.
  • Analyze campaign performance and player behavior data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Work with BI to develop data insights to support decision making.
  • Produce actionable insights and recommend strategic adjustments to increase retention and revenue.
  • Support last-minute event-specific promotions (e.g., major football matches, tournaments).
  • Support A/B testing initiatives to optimize messaging, timing, and incentives.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and responsible gambling standards.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, CRM innovations and competitor tactics in retention marketing
Skills & Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of CRM or lifecycle marketing experience, ideally in the iGaming/casino/sportsbook sector.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Advanced knowledge of CRM tools and campaign automation.
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior, lifecycle marketing, and user retention strategies
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret customer data, define strategies, and report insights.
  • Experience in setting campaign goals, KPIs, and contributing to retention strategies.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of player behavior in online casinos.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of player behavior in sportsbook settings.
